Isaiah 9:6-7

For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given;
and the government shall be upond his shoulder,
and his name shall be callede
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7Of the increase of his government and of peace
there will be no end,
on the throne of David and over his kingdom,
to establish it and to uphold it
with justice and with righteousness
from this time forth and forevermore.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this.

III Jesus the shepherd protects His sheep

    • 12 wolf coming
    • Whatever your wolf, you have a shepherd that is real with it
    • Psalm 23:4 your rod and staff comfort me
      • Romans 8:31 if God be for us who can be against us!
      • Whatever the wolf, you have a shepherd that is with you protecting you
        • You are not alone
        • Whether the wolf is
          • People, sin, hardship, sickness, financial, whatever stressor is, you don’t have to face it alone, you have Jesus the good shepherd standing with his rod and and staff
        • Invite the shepherd into your problems!
    • As a shepherd we can have a personal relationship with Him
  • 14-15
    • Not one way, but a two way relationship
    • Important because we are not alone!
    • Press to know Him like He knows the father
